Where we ship

We ship to customers in the United States. US shipping is free. For a destination outside the United States, contact us before placing an order; international service and pricing are not confirmed by this policy.

Lead time and transit

Our stated order lead time is 2–3 days. Shipping takes approximately 7–10 days after dispatch. These are separate estimates, not a guaranteed arrival date. Contact us if your order is needed for a specific date.

Prepare for a large machine delivery

Check the product dimensions and plan the route from the delivery point to your game room, including doors, hallways, stairs and lifts. Contact us before ordering if you need inside placement, assembly, stair access or a special delivery arrangement. Do not assume these services are included in free shipping.
